EIV Capital, LLC announced the addition of Mo Bawa to the firm’s partnership. Mr. Bawa brings nearly 30 years of private equity, energy investing, and industrials experience spanning the full investment lifecycle, from deal origination and structuring to portfolio oversight and value creation. At EIV Capital, he will support the firm’s investment and business development activities and will also advise on portfolio company and firm growth initiatives.

EIV recently hosted its first annual pitch competition, where members of EIV’s junior investment team served as judges tasked with evaluating the proposed business plans. Following an inspiring set of pitches and careful deliberation, the judges selected the non-profit Houston reVision as its first pitch day winner.

Mr. Terveen brings more than 20 years of commercial, marketing, and midstream leadership experience spanning the U.S. natural gas, natural gas liquids, and crude oil value chains. At EIV Capital, he will support the firm’s investment evaluation, business development, and commercial diligence, with a primary focus on midstream infrastructure. As a member of the investment team, he will also advise on post‑close value creation, further strengthening the firm’s technical and commercial capabilities.

Intensity Infrastructure Partners, LLC (“Intensity”), a growth-oriented energy infrastructure company focused on acquiring and developing midstream infrastructure, today announced an equity commitment by EIV Capital (“EIV”), a private equity firm focused on the energy industry, and by Intensity’s management. The investment will allow Intensity to acquire, construct, own and operate midstream assets in the United States.
