Fanatics Collectibles, the National Football League and the National Football League Players Association (NFLPA) today announced Topps’ exciting return as the NFL and NFLPA’s official exclusive trading card licensee, with the brand designing and developing its first licensed football cards since 2016. As part of the multi-year deal, the NFL and NFLPA will give Fanatics Collectibles the rights to use official team logos, names, marks, helmet designs and uniforms, as well as official NFL branding for cards and packaging. With the league growing internationally, this landmark partnership also includes global distribution.

Fanatics Collectibles, the National Basketball Association (NBA), and National Basketball Players Association (NBPA) today announced Topps’ return as the NBA and NBPA’s official exclusive trading card licensee. Topps, a worldwide leader in trading cards, is bringing fully licensed NBA and NBPA cards into its portfolio for the first time since the 2009-10 season with the launch of 2025-26 Topps Basketball, which will be released on Oct. 23 at Topps.com, hobby shops and major retailers worldwide.

Fanatics Collectibles, via Topps, and Kayou have announced today a partnership to provide NBA trading cards to China through NBA Match Attax 2025. The deal represents a landmark product offering accessible NBA trading cards for basketball fans in China and further growing the country’s passion for the sport. As part of the deal, Kayou, a leading trading card manufacturer in China, will handle the manufacturing and distribution of the product, leveraging its expansive existing distribution network, while Topps will utilize its world class design to delight Chinese fans and collectors.

Today Fanatics Collectibles announced its first-ever flagship store, to open in the spring of 2025 on iconic Regent Street in London. The focus: sports and entertainment trading cards and trading-card games, featuring Fanatics Collectibles’ brands, including Topps, Merlin, Match Attax and Bowman. Last year Topps secured the exclusive trading-card rights to the Premier League, with product launching in time for the 2025/2026 season. Topps also currently has the exclusive rights for UEFA national team competitions and club competitions and will begin making licensed NBA product later this year.

Today, Topps announced a major expansion of their existing overall deal with Disney Consumer Products to include global Disney, Pixar and Marvel trading card rights. New Marvel collectible trading cards will hit retail and hobby shops in Q1 2025 with Topps Finest X-Men ’97, the first time Topps has developed and distributed physical Marvel trading cards globally. Topps will continue their global Star Wars™ collaboration.

The Premier League and Fanatics Collectibles have today announced a landmark multi-year trading-card partnership. Fanatics Collectibles will become the exclusive provider of Premier League trading cards, trading card games and stickers from June 2025.

Today at its Topps Industry Conference in Atlanta – attended by nearly 500 collectible-industry leaders from across the country – Fanatics Collectibles CEO Mike Mahan told the audience: “It is important to confirm for collectors that the process of packaging and distributing our cards is truly random.”

Today, UFC, the world’s premier mixed martial arts organization and part of TKO Group Holdings (NYSE: TKO), and Fanatics Collectibles announced an exclusive multi-year trading card partnership that sees Topps make an exciting return to the sport. The agreement was negotiated in consultation with UFC’s licensing agent IMG.
