Axos Financial, Inc. (NYSE: AX) (“Axos” or the “Company”) today announced unaudited financial results for the fourth fiscal quarter ended June 30, 2026. Net income was $124.9 million and diluted earnings per share (“EPS”) was $2.16 for the quarter ended June 30, 2026. Net income for the quarter ended June 30, 2025 was $110.7 million and diluted EPS was $1.92. Adjusted earnings and adjusted earnings per diluted common share (“Adjusted EPS”), non-GAAP measures described further below, increased $34.4 million to $146.2 million and increased $0.59 to $2.53, respectively, for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, compared to $111.8 million and $1.94, respectively, for the quarter ended June 30, 2025.
